Honey in PET Queenline bottles and glass jars, along with beeswax lip balm, is available for shipping. Free local pickup is also available at Highlands Farmers Market. Available shipping methods and charges for your address are shown at checkout.
- Standard shipping: $10 on orders up to $69.99
- Free standard shipping: orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $17
Shipping charges help cover the carrier rate, box, protective sleeve, leak-resistant bag, packing paper, tape, and handling materials.
Free local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order at the Highlands Farmers Market on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before traveling, and have your order confirmation available when collecting it. Pickup is subject to market operation; contact us about weather changes, seasonal schedules, or a different pickup date.
Delivery timing
We normally prepare paid orders and hand them to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit time follows dispatch and varies by destination and service. Express shipping does not by itself promise same-day dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation/refund options.
Damaged packages and order concerns
If an item arrives damaged, leaks, or is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging if safe to take. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Do not consume honey from cracked or broken glass or if contamination is suspected. Contact us before returning any item.
